MY BAND AND I WOULD LIKE TO PLAY AT SONGBYRD, HOW DO WE DO THAT?
Songbyrd would love to hear your band. We currently do not accept physical press kits, but we welcome your pitches with relevant links, files and references. Songbyrd typically books 3 or more months in advance. We do listen to every submission so please allow us time to review and go over it, DO NOT CALL THE VENUE REGARDING BOOKING. DOES SONGBYRD HAVE SEATS?
The music venue has limited tables and chairs for your enjoyment, available on a first come first serve basis. For sold out shows, seating is typically unavailable.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR A SONGBYRD EVENT?
Advance tickets can be purchased through our website and via our ticket platform: https://dice.fm/venue/songbyrd-r58r. Tickets can also be purchased in advance at Byrdland Records, located at 1264 5th Street, N.E. Tickets are typically available 30 days in advance, but please call to confirm that the show you would like is available. Walk up tickets on the night of the show are available for purchase, so long as the show isn’t sold out.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE IN THE VENUE?
If you are buying tickets online you can use any form of payment that DICE.FM accepts. Day of ticket purchases can be made at the ticket booth via credit/debit card. You can purchase tickets on site beginning approximately 30 minutes before the show in most cases, unless the show is sold out. Other purchases at the venue can be made via credit card, debit card or cash.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING A SHOW?
You may take photos of the show with your phone unless expressed otherwise by the artist, please NO FLASH. Professional photographers must be approved by the venue and artist, no flash are allowed. Any photos posted on social media or elsewhere on the internet may be used by Songbyrd.
I'VE BOUGHT TICKETS TO A SHOW, BUT WANT TO GIVE THEM TO SOMEONE?

DOES THE VENUE OFFER FOOD?

DO I NEED A ID TO ENTER THE VENUE?
Yes, you will need to provide a valid ID, no matter how old you are. If you do not have an ID you will not gain admittance. A valid form of ID means that it is government issued, non-expired and valid, foreign driver’s licence will not be accepted. There are shows that are 21+, 18+, and all-ages. If you do not have a valid ID to present at the show you will be treated as underage and will not be allowed to consume or hold a drink. These policies are strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the building with no refund.
WHERE CAN I PARK NEAR THE VENUE?
There is ample free parking near Songbyrd in the Union Market area

NO SMOKING
Should you want to smoke, you must exit the building/patio area as we do allow reentry. Songbyrd has an indoor smoking ban. If you are caught smoking inside OR on the patio, you will be asked to leave and WILL NOT be granted reentry. This includes all types of smoking apparatuses ( Vapes, Pens, etc. )
BAG POLICY
Purses and bags are allowed, but will be searched. Backpacks are not allowed. Personal items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food and drinks will not be allowed in the building.

ADA INFORMATION
If you need to sit, stools are available. Please let any of our staff know, and they will be happy to get you set up with everything you need. Arriving on the early side can make this simpler, but they’ll be able to work it out regardless.
Please note we cannot add more stools, and the area is in a fixed location, so there is limited ADA seating for every show. For sold-out shows, you will need to email us in advance to ensure we can accommodate you.
If you want to plan in advance, you can contact us at info@songbyrddc.com and provide us with details like what event you have purchased tickets for and how we can best accommodate your needs. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we do have limited space and have to ensure that everyone is safe and as comfortable as possible.
