Brent From School is a self-made Baltimore musician and producer who specializes in creating laid back, bedroom pop music with influences from hip-hop/rnb. He released his ep called Yeah Ok in February 2019. Yeah Ok is made up of 5 carefully crafted, emotional tracks that keep a chill yet passionate sound.
bruce take nap is a psychedelic indie band formed in College Park, MD. drawing influences from the likes of HOMESHAKE and Pink Floyd, along with
songwriters like Paul Simon, bruce take nap mixes psychedelic rock elements with indie pop, sprinkling in a bit of jazz and R&B to round
it all out. What started off as the solo recording project of Bryce Watson, a 21-year-old UMD student, has turned into a sensational live band
with a unique sound that everyone has their own way of describing. Some like to point out 70s rock influence, while others like to point to
a more modern indie rock sound, and others still point to a heavy jazz influence. While Watson still produces and plays the instruments on
virtually all of the recorded material, the band plans on recording a studio album this summer to be released in the fall.
Weston Smith is a DC-based forest dweller crafting synth pop tunes from the heart. He uses his memories to create dreamy synth orchestrations filled with driving grooves while sharing lush lyrical stories from the past. Weston has played with notable artists such as Shamir, Lawrence Rothman, Wild Ones, Arlie, and Plastic Picnic. Let Weston take you on a journey through his dream world. His new EP, Greetings From The Crystal Kingdom, is his biggest synth endeavor yet, filled with textures, rhythms, and vibrant melodies transporting you through the forsaken land of Crystal.
